i Have had this coffee maker since its inception in 2002, before they sold it on infomercial only. I am just now going to replace it. My only problem with it is the on off button sticks or just doesnt come on. Great great coffeee maker which has lasted me the longest out of all my coffee makers.

Absolutely the most awesome coffee maker I ever have owned. It is perfect. Could not have designed one better for my wife and me. This maker does not need as much coffee grounds as previous makers, and tghe taste is perfect. Takes only a few minutes to brew a full pot, and one can get a cup of coffee while it is brewing, as there is no glass carafee. Simply punch a button after the maker begins making coffee, and there is tasty and hot. I never will be without this type maker again!

I like the design, it is relatively compact, no carafe to clean, easy dispensing, even with a tall cup. Easy to program, clean and fill. Durability is unknown at present, I have had it about 2 months.

This is a great price for a nice Coffee Machine. My husband and I have really enjoyed it. The only thing we did not care for is that there is only a small opening on the holding tank to pour the water into. Other than that, it makes great coffee, features a programmable timer, auto shut off, and a coffee flavor enhancer.

I grind my own beans and love good coffee, and I'm happy to say that this brewer is the best I've found at this price. If you don't need a coffee pot per se, this unit offers the convenience of direct-to-cup pouring with no glassware to break. Easy to clean, and the automatic feature is easy to set, too. Makes great coffee, and that's the most important part, of course!

Refurbished, but looks brand new. Easy to use and press bar allows coffee to stay hot without getting stale-- and you can fill a travel mug easily. Automatic timer works perfectly. It's a bit larger than I expected, so be sure to read specs if you are fitting it in a tight space or have limited counter space.

This coffee maker is the greatest. I have one in my kitchen, my beach home kitchen, and my father's kitchen. The convenience is a dream. We used one so much and so long that it died. I then bought two because if we wear one out, I'll have another. I am so afraid HB will stop making these. I sure hope not.

We have enjoyed this coffee maker for three weeks now and all is well. Looks good and cleans good.Coffee is hot coming out of the dispenser and stay warm for two hours.Instructions are clear and easy.

The coffee pot works well, like the water level indicator in the front. I also like that I can fit travel mugs under without tipping the coffee pot forward.

This great , was going to just replace the glass caraffe from my old coffee maker (broke it)and realized why ? got this and it works great
