The steamer that could!
This powerful small steamer was every bit as good as I hoped it would be. I have used larger steamers, with more steam power wattage, with greater capacity tanks, and this is 10X better than anything the others did. Yes, the tank runs out a little sooner than I would like, but I prefer that to lugging around something with a bigger tank. This steamer is incredibly manageable, and is something I use weekly, versus monthly or bi-annually due to proportion. It is also much more convenient to store, and the accessories included are better quality and more in quantity than the other larger steamers. I give it five stars.

POWER IN UR HAND
WHAT A GREAT LITTLE STEAMER!.... I HAD PURCHASED ONE B4 ON A SHOPPING CHANNEL THAT HAD MADE QUITE A BIT OF PROMISES IE; MOST POWERFUL LIGHTWEIGHT ETC... ETC... SO NOT WHAT I GOT. BUT THIS LITTLE GUY... WOW! IT WAS ALMOST SCARY ! THE STEAM CAME OUT SO STRONG AND LIKE THE DESCRIPTION STATES 15MINS OF STEAM.... NOT 2MINS OF STEAM THEN WAIT 2MINS FOR WATER TO HEAT UP AGAIN AND ALL THE EXTRAS THAT COME WITH IT ARE JUST A BONUS....

Hot Steam!
I have never used a steamer before but now have tile counter tops. This cleans the grout very easily. Just blast it then brush and wipe away the crud. If you have a brush use it. I think the steamer has a brush too but I am just getting to understand how to use all the accessories. I have recommended this to friends and my cleaning lady loves it too. She bought a Shark steamer and said it was not worth it. Glad I checked all the reviews before buying. This product was a little more but well worth it. To those who said the cord was too short and the steam ran out quickly, you must be cleaning mansions. I have plenty of both for my house. Also bought the Haan floor steamer for my new premium vinyl floor. Another great product.

Great Product
I bought this product because I'm interested in using fewer harsh chemicals but still want to feel like I'm really getting things clean. I love this steamer - it does a fantastic job on some of the toughest cleaning jobs (like cleaning the stove or grout) and you use no chemicals at all. I do wish that it had a better design - you have to hold the machine with one hand and press the steam valve while using the other hand to spray with -- which can just be awkward. I also wish it had a larger holding tank but that's really only because it does such a great job that I hate to have to stop and wait to refil the tank (you need to refill after about 15 minutes of steam, I'd say). So -- not great for larger jobs though I do use it there, too, it just takes longer. I do recommend this product. It's easy to use, fast to heat up, cleans great without any chemicals, uses very little water to make steam, and seems quite durable.

Steamer
Once I can get the lid open to fill it it works well for a small steamer but I needed help to get the lid open the last time I used it and it was difficult the previous times I used it. I have pretty much given up on it because I prefer hastle free cleaning.

Get this!!!!! Without a doubt I cant believe how awesome it is! I have a drop in stove and you can imagine the stuff it cleans around the edge...and the buttons...which i hate to clean the buttons....my stove looked almost brand new! and with just water! I am not OCD...but this may make me!!!

It works good
The level of steam that comes out is good but the continous steam looses pressure before tank is empty. Took it off continous steam and it dropped in pressure but I just let up for a second and the pressure builds up again. I never owned a steamer before and had expected more but I could see that the porcelain and chrome shined a lot more than with regular cleaning. I think it would be good for soap scum but not for mold without using additional cleaners and brush. So if I keep up on the bathroom :) it should work great. Overall it does make cleaning easier which is what I wanted.
