My rating would have been 5 Stars if only the electic cord was longer on this unit. I loved using the Haan Steam Cleaner. It was easy, worked wonderfully, and it was quiet! No hum of a motor! My floors looked very nice, both the hardwood and linoleum. They dried very quickly too. I really felt my bathroom floor was very clean and sanitized when using the Haan Steam Cleaner! Should have bought one years ago. I only have 2 complaints: (1) The cord is too short to reach all areas of my home as my vacuum does easily. I had to replug it in 3 times to finish the house. (2) Be sure to get the fill cap on correctly or water will boil out the top and leave water on your floor. This was completely my fault, but thought it worth mentioning so that others can be sure to get it on right. The machine worked flawlessly when I had the cap on securely and correctly!

This floor steamer is easy to assemble. This is the best floor steamer I have used. I have used others and they just didn't do the job thoroughly. This steamer heats up quickly and reaches a high enough temperature to clean the floor properly. The cleaning surface is larger than others. This also reduced my cleaning time because I don't have to hold the steamer in place. I was able to keep it in continual motion while moving it across the floor. The floor also dries quickly after use. It also feels a lot more sturdier than the other steamers out there. It comes with a floor pad so you can place it on the floor when not in use or when you need to set it down for a moment while it is still running. It has two sturdy cleaning pads. It is worth the price and a great deal. I researched several other steamers and am glad I purchased this one.

I read the reviews and really thought I would like the product. Overall it did not do a horrible job, but takes a lot of time to refill as you have to let it cool before you can refill it. Funny, but the length of the cord was not an issue for me. Of course, I have a small house. I have both laminate and hard wood floors and I just feel that it did not work that well, for the effort that goes into it. Not to mention that the ad presses the point that you can wash the pads in the washer, but the directions recommend that you don't. It was hard to push too. I did not like the fact that there is not a light to let you know when it was ready to be used. I tried hand washing the pads and putting them in the washer, on the gentle cycle but they did not really come clean. The worst part is that I returned it in the orginal package, with all of the attachments and cardboard (granted I could not get it to fit as well as it did when I got it) and I only received a refund of less than $30 (which includes the $7 odd dollars for shipping). The reasoning was that the box had been opened (do you think?) and that it could not be resold. I really did not expect to get all of my funds back since I could not get the pads completely clean, but that is crazy. My understanding was that I could use it for 30 days and return it if I did not like it. I guess I am back to using Murphy's Oil Soap and a rag, the old fashioned way.

Before purchasing the Haan steamer i was the owner of another steam mop on the market. The pumping action of the other mop was daunting and also led to its ultimate demise. It broke which led me on my search for a new and better steam mop and boy did i find it! The Haan floor steamer is awesome. The construction seems very durable and it easily stores in my utility room. It produces an entire row of constant steam and gets hot enough to actually sanitize, unlike my previous one which had a single opening of steam. It has an extendable handle so it adjusts to you and the water reservoir holds plenty of water and is easy to fill. I can get by with using a single pad for almost my entire house: living room, kitchen, and utility room. i prefer to use a different pad for the bathrooms. The pad is very absorbent and cleans easily in the washing machine. My floors are all tile and this mop does a great job of getting off the dirt and grime of a household with children and pets. The price was slightly higher than the previous one i owned but is well worth it. i also shopped around and got a great deal on overstock. I have already recommended this mop to all my friends and look forward to using it each time. The only thing i think that could make it better would be a cordless/rechargable model so you didnt have to mess with a cord or electrical outlet while using.

I have 4kids,2dogs 3cats and a husband who works in commercial construction, we have laminate and vinyl flooring through out the kitchen and living room,..Our floors take a beating to say the least and this little machine gets the work done. the laminate flooring looks great and as for the kitchen floor the only downer I see is that it doesn't get the "fake grout" line cleaned so I just do a little pre treat with a toothbrush and loosen it up and let the machine do the rest. Really great buy.. would definitely recommend it to a a friend or family member.

We have used the Haan steam cleaner several times on our hardwood and vinyl floors and are very satisfied with its performance. We typically do not wear shoes indoors and our floors are kept reasonably free of dirt and dust. Our kitchen floor is almost twenty years old and, with the steamer, it looks as though it's still new. We like the way the steamer removes any streaks and films from using conventional floor cleaning fluids. The only shortcoming is not having purchased additional micropads; The two pads supplied with the steamer last about 10 minutes each before becoming saturated. We can clean one or two rooms, but we do intend to purchase more pads so we can service more rooms at one time.We have the -20 model; the newer -35 model holds more water between refills and is probably even a better value.

Just two words "Love It" Makes cleaning my tile floors so much easier. Good Bye mop. never thought I would like a steam floor cleaner so much. I always had to get on my hands and knees to clean up the floor so it looked really good when company was coming to stay. No More of That!

Love the light weight and ease of use...the short cord is the only negative. My floors look great.

Cleans like a dream no residue as with traditional mops. Highly recommend this for anyone with children, animals or allergies.

I just love this steam mop, I wish that I had bought this a long time ago. It is so easy to use just fill it with water turn it on and it is ready to go in about 2 min. So fast and easy , floor dries so fast. I have two small kids who never want to stay off the floor when I mop now I don't have to worry about it. If you have been looking around trying to decide which steam mop is the best go with the Haan, you will love it.

I have used other brands before and I like this the best because it has a very sturdy handle and does a better job in cleaning. It is easy to use and instructions are self explanatory. Would recommend this product, I even use it on hard wood floors. Dries very fast.

Product works well, probably best for a smaller family with not so many pets. I think I need a cleaning lady.

This steam mop does a decent job at cleaning the floors. I had expected the equivalent steam power to my old one by Ocean Sales, but that is not the case. It is very quiet so you don't even know that the steam is being produced which can be both a pro and con. What I do like about it is that water is poured directly into to base of the mop--not a side container--which means no travel space to trap air bubbles, rendering the device steamless like my old steam mop deluxe.

I have only used 1 time. Very happy with performance and ease of use. I have deep set group on my tile floor and feel that this steamer cleaned as I wanted.

I had purchased one over a year ago for use in my primary residence and now have this one for the summer place. It is easy to use and very effective with both wooden and tiled floors.

arrived quick! have used a few times and works great on laminate and linoleum flooring. able to clean floors quickly and dry in seconds. pads wash great(comes with two). so much better than the other product we had. just turn it on, let it heat and sanitize your floors. no pumping action to get the stream to come out!!! would buy again!

I bought this because I have arthritis and it is hard to mop without pain. I have laminate flooring and ceramic tile through out my living and dining rooms and baths. I had this up and running in 5 minutes and I was done in no time with no pain. I love it. My cleaning lady who comes every two weeks recommeded it and it is great. I had bought a Shark steamer that lasted exactly 5 usings. This works much better and easier. It was the cheapest price I could find. I would tell anyone not tohesitate if your thinking of buying this. Well worth every penny,

I ordered the Haan Floor Steamer after moving into a house that has all wood or tile floors. So far I love it! My aunt and best friend already had this model and they were very happy with it. It is easy to use, just pour 1 cup of water in, plug in and let sit for a min or two to let the water heat up. Then you attach the cleaning pad and it is ready to go. The cleaner comes with 2 removable pads (machine wash). I may order extra pads since I will be using it throughout the house. The only thing I would change is to request a longer cord so I don't have to unplug after every room!

I had one of these some years ago made by Euro Pro, it lived a good life but ultimately failed...then Euro Pro STOPPED MAKING them, I was not happy...fortunately HAAN took over the exact same product and began producing them again...it's a Korean company and apparently that country's housewives are fanatic about clean floors...and VOILA! We have these great floor steamers again. They're great for all hard floors and are exceptional at cleaning that awful spot behind and beside toilets!!!
