My mother in love got one and she raved about it. I looked it up, it was kinda expensive. I looked it up on Overstock and was shocked at the price. I ordered it, used my points and free shipping. I didn't expect too much, but wow, this is an awesome cleaning tool. I have tile and wood floors and I need help because we have two big dogs. I use a mop in invented to get dust and hair and then I use the steamer to clean and shine the floors. Get one...and buy one for Christmas or Holiday gift

This is the second steam mop I have owned. I thought the other one was the best ever, but this is better. It does not leave water on the floor. I also like the longer cord. A pleasant surprise is the fact that part of it comes off to use as a hand held. Love this appliance.

This is so much sturdier and easier to use than the old Shark I had. The removable water tank makes filling it up a breeze and the velcro backed mop head holds on tight. The pad gets stubborn spots out without a lot of repetition over the same spot. It assembles and disassembles intuitively, with no struggle. I actually look forward to mopping, rather than dreading it. The floor dries quickly. The manufacturer includes descaling solution and instructions. With three rescued greyhounds tromping in and out of the house all day on my tile floors, it's a godsend. All in all, I couldn't be happier.

I got this with my O club points so it was free, and it would have been a bargain at the price. We just bought a house that had a million cats, and messy owners. I used this on a hardwood floor, and the floor got so clean, and the smell was gone, and this was just by using water! Did not soak the floor, so can be used on any surface, and to have a built in hand held steam unit is perfect. Couldn't be happier!

My daughter in FL purchased this steamer and raved about it! I had been using a sponge mop on my travertine floors and this was not working well. I am so pleased with this steamer. It is easy to use and light weight. Clean-up is a breeze! It is actually fun to do the floors now!

I am very pleased with the steam cleaner. I have dogs and I try very hard to keep the dog smell out of the house. The Steam cleaner has been awesome and helps tremendously. It's easy to use. The swivel head gets into areas my regular mop doesn't. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is my second Haan Steam Mop. I had the original and love the upgrades on this new one. Very easy to use and does a great job, even on hardwood floors.

This works wonderful. I especially like the hand held part in that it cleans my stove top perfectly. I use it for all my tile floors and tile shower. I've only had it a month but so far I LOVE IT!

Haan is superior from the other brands, however you still need to wipe the corners by hand.

This steamer was exactly what I was looking for. The steamer was easy to use, fast heat up and worked well on my laminate and tiled floors. Used the smaller steamer in my shower and it made me feel like I had sanitized my bath. Way cleanup.
