The interior features a long-lasting, nonstick finish for healthy cooking, and easy clean-up. Riveted stay-cool silicone and stainless steel handles provide a comfortable non-slip grip. The tempered glass lids seal in nutrients and flavors, while allowing you to monitor food as it cooks. It is oven safe up to 350 degrees and safe for gas, electric and ceramic stove tops. It is also dishwasher safe, but hand washing recommended. The 10-piece nonstick aluminum cookware set includes an 8-inch fry pan, 10-inch fry pan, 6 quart stock pot with glass lid, 1-1/2 quart sauce pan with glass lid, 3 quart sauce pan with glass lid and a 3 quart deep saute pan with glass lid.- Safe to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius)
