Bought this LED Saftey Vest for my husband who does competitve bike riding. It is GREAT for dusk and night time! It is reflective and the lights can be adjusted to either blink slow, fast or steady. I had to return the first one because the lights didn't work. Customer Service was EXCELLENT! A new vest was sent out to us quickly and a postage paid label was sent out to return the other vest. Overstock.com has been a great source to save $$$$. I saw this vest on other websites for a lot more money.

I use the vest for early morning bike rides to and from work. The 16 LEDS are very bright and get drivers attention (I have them flashing).I feel much safer when wearing it !

I cannot attest to durability or workmanship but looks to be something you can keep for a while. Even if the LEDs fail, your backup is the yellow reflective tape that does the job too. The LED provides an added safety feature. I like that it can blink. Battery operated, you might want to use rechargeable batteries to avoid replacing all the time. Overall, I gave it 4 stars for value and 4 stars overall.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas for when he rides his bike at night and he loves it. The only downfall is that it was hard to find the button to turn on the lights and I had a hard time opening the battery pack. But then when we figured it out it worked greater than expected!

As an avid bicycle commuter in all weather and a cross continent tourer I know the value of being seen. This vest with the LED lights command attention. And that they use AA batteries allows one to use earth friendly rechargeable ones--never an excuse not to have the lights flashing. Also, anyone's car should have one tucked away in case of road emergencies. Have made two purchases and plan to buy more to give out during the Winter Solstice Holiday. Use alternative means of transportation and be SEEN!

Excellent product. I run on the road in the morning while it is still dark and vest is very reflective. I use the slow blinking lights but you have two other options: fast blinking and solid light. Fits well with velcro adjustment and light weight.

When your walking your dog at night or riding your bicycle like I do, this vest is a life saver. I can't count the amount of times I was almost hit by a motorist when they couldn't see me. Now, I don't worry about that. I purchased this vest and I can be seen for miles. I suggest you do your self a favor and get at least 2, you never know if or when it breaks down you'll need a backup !!!

We purchased this vest for my husband for motorcycle riding. We wanted lights for safety especially during night riding. Overstock was great in sending a second vest when the lights on the first did not work. The lights on the second one did not work either. We kept the second vest because even without the lights, rider visibility was good, especially during the day. But, we didn't get what we paid for.

I bought these vest because my wife and I walk every evening after dark. The vest are well made and fit well although mine could be a little larger. It would be nice if they had two sizes available, but alas, there's only one size. My wife is 5'4" and I am 6'4", but the vest are adjustable enough that we both fit into them. Mine is just a little tight and short. The LEDs work just as advertised and show up a long distance. We have been using the vest for over a month on the first set (2XAA) of battries. The switch was a little hard to figure out the first time I tried to use it, but once you get used to it, it's fine.
