I purchased this water cooler to replace an older model I had had for many years. I decided to keep it even though it wasn't as good as my first cooler--because of the cost to return it. From the first day, it has had a slow leak and I have to keep a glass under the dispenser so it will not overflow the tray. The cold water flow sometimes acts as if it is blocked while the hot water flow is always good. This is first time I have not been pleased with a purchase from Overstock.
love this, just the right size for home, cool water could be a little colder but it works greatand the hot is enough for a cup of coffee..great price too!!!
So far everything on it is good, could be better. Problem w/ cold water switch. If it's on, the line froze up and the water doesn't come out. Had to turn off the switch in the back. Hot water works great. What kind we do about is cold water issue? I got this for my friend and her family as a gift.Please help,Thank you,tjTran
So far so good, though its only been a month. Great value for medium traffic /residential use. Only issue I have is regards to spillage every time I change a bottle, but thats probably an issue with all non-commercial grade coolers.
