love/hate I loved the trimmer but the string head cracked during the first use. Greebworks was great to work with but couldn't say when the back ordered part would come in. After months and knee high grass I returned it. The day Overstock gave me my refund Greenworks sent me not one but two free replacement parts. I could have cried because I really hate my sears gas trimmer I got instead.
