The stand fit together easily and is a good weight. It arrived quickly, along with the hammock ordered. The only challenge we faced was fitting the hammock to the stand: stand too short or hammock too long?! We resolved the issue with a piece of rope acting as a pulley, so bottoms clear the ground! As for durability, no way of knowing yet.
This was so easy to put together! I have wanted one of these for a long time and am so happy to finally have it. It will be easy to store during the winter too - just take it apart and put it under the bed or in the shed until next spring. Love the design and will be anxious for next spring and summer to use it again. Thanks for another quality product.
I'm totally satisifed with this item. It's very well constructed and so easy to assemble. I was surprised that it was as heavy as it is. It's a bit challenging to drag around the yard, but the up side is it's quite substantial. I would buy this again.
