Definitely a buy
Top is NOT secured to base so be careful if you try to move it. Very heavy top so once in place whole unit stays where it is put. On the tall side for a sofa table so measure your furniture. My sofa is quite large and this stands within 3-4 inches from top of sofa. Beautiful piece and I bought two with the red painted chest as an accent piece for my townhouse living room. Great buy...

Granite table
When I received this table the top was cracked in half. It took about a week to receive the replacment. Guess what? Its broke in half as well. I'm sure it's going to be intresting to see what happens next.

Granite Shipping Problem
Unfortunately, the table top is not suited to standard shipping and delivery methods. Overstock tried to make it right (twice) by reshipping the granite top, which came split in half, three times. I still don't have a solid table top. This piece really needs to be hand delivered.
