    Tree is nothing like the description provided nor does it look like the picture. Poor quality and would not recommend to anyone for purchase. Returned the tree and overstock charged me $$$$$ to return item that was not as advertised. DO NOT BUY THIS TREE

  • Pretty BUT

    Nice tree very pretty and fairly easy to assemble. My problem is with the lights that aren't working. On the section next to the top piece there is a whole section of lights that are not working. After spending almost 2 hours checking each individual bulb and checking to make sure "1 is plugged into 1 and 2 is plugged into2" I decided t go out and buy a string of mult color lights to place over the ones that are not working. Was having company and needed to get the tree up and decorated. What a hassle,should have figured ordering online, something wouldn't worked. Don't know if I wll ever get those lights working.... Overall kind of a waste of money for "pre-light".... not sure that if one bulb goes out the rest stay lit!!

  • Disappointed

    I've ordered items from Overstock for over 5 years now, this item is my first disappointment. I should have read the description more closely. The picture showed clear lights on the tree, but when I opened the box the first thing I saw was multicolor lights. I went back and read the description from my order and realized the description indicated multicolored lights. This is my second artificial tree, the first one (only disposed of because lights stopped working) was MUCH more lifelike. I spent about two hours spreading out the branches n this tree after assembly and my arms were red/itchy for two days. Wish I had not counted on past experience with Overstock--should have gone into a store to see tree first instead of ordering online. Packing slip indicates returns only accepted if box unopened--how to you see product without opening box???

  • Great Tree!

    The assembly of this tree was very easy. I was able to put it together in no time. All the lights worked and glad that I got the multicolor lights vs. the clear. Color lights remind of when I was a kid and when you saw the tree all lit up it made you smile. Clear lights were nice when they first came out but the color lights is what we decorated our trees with back in the day! Love my tree!

Just want to be sure that this tree comes in 3 pieces and not individual branches that need installed. Also, this a stay lite tree, meanng if one light goes out the others will stay lit? nanak77 on Nov 28, 2012

The description clearly says "multi-color" lights, which is what I want. Now this Q&A below seems to contradict that. Which is it? The confusion is caused by the label on the picture, which says that the clear lights are shown, so I assume it can be ordered with clear lights, but this one, Item #: 14806166, is the multi-color, is that correct? arpie on Nov 17, 2012

We apologize for the confusion unfortunately the manufacturer does not have a picture of a multi-colored tree. This product is in fact a multi-colored light tree and does not come with clear lights nor a clear light setting. overstockcustomercare1 on Nov 19, 2012

It will arrive in a box with the branches tightly together. You will pull each individual "hinged" branch down and fluff it up. Each branch will lay in place when you pull them down. I have one similar and it came in three pieces that hook together in the middle pole. It is a beautiful tree for that price. overstockcustomercare1 on Nov 2, 2012
