I never write reviews, but really wanted to rave about this product, especially since it's one of the more expensive baby items a person might buy. No need to think twice! 1. My husband and I were able to put this product together in about 10 minutes (it is literally 4 bolts to screw in and buttoning 2 cushions) 2. The color was accurate but we liked the tone even better in real life 3. They estimated delivery to be several weeks, but we actually received the product within 4 days 4. My husband is 6'3 and he can sit and lean back comfortably with the cushion top by his neck 5. Most importantly for me, the gliding mechanism is smooth, whereas some other products we tried seemed to have a little "hitch"

I order this glider and would give it a good review if I could use it. I am a senior and it was all I could do to get the chair and ottoman out of bax, I put it together and it was missing the two levers to make it recline and work. I called to have them send me them, but they said the warehouse didnt have any. They said they would give me $%. to keep as is. (That is funny as I could buy it today for $%^&*( discount for a good one) I dont want $%. off, as I cant use the recliner. They said I could repack it and send it back. That is funny as it was packed like a chinese puzzle and I sure cant get it back in that box. They didnt offer to send me another one or any assistance in packing it. I am not sure an English speaking customer person is helping me. They just keep sending me emalis telling me they have fixed the problem. guess maybe I can dismanle it piece by piece and then I can get it in the box. IT was in the box so tight I had to cut one side of the box off to get it out so I ...

  • Perfect rocker/recliner for a newborn

My husband and I took forever to finally find a rocker/recliner that worked for both he and I and that was comfortable for breastfeeding. This is a great product at a great price point. It actually reclines (most Dutalier's do not), the cushions are comfy, it was very easy for my hubby to put it together and it looks great.

  • Oh Baby! Comfort & Style

We purchased this glider when my baby was about 2 months old. I had been very much against gliders (old school I thought) AND I loved the idea of using the old rocking chair my mom used when I was a baby. Unfortunately it was so uncomfortable once I started nursing, that I almost gave up. Then I sat in a friends Dutailier glider and I was in love, plus my little one fell asleep to the gliding motion. I would describe the wool like material as a heather gray. It is very modern in style and the cushions are super dense for long lasting comfort! It was easy to assemble without the assistance of my husband even!

Haven't used it a whole lot b/c our little one isn't here yet but so far we've found it to be solidly constructed and comfortable. Will probably use it with a lumbar pillow for lower back support.
