We're using them for side chairs in the living room, and they do double duty as computer chairs and extra dining chairs. They're super comfortable, and friends have been amazed at how inexpensive they are. Assembly was mostly hassle-free (a little hard to get some of the bolts in the right places), but they look amazing once assembled, and are very sturdy.

The woven fabric feels and looks great and the construction of these chairs is top-notch. The contrast between the dark walnut veneer finished legs and the neutral cream color of the upholstery is simply beautiful. Our dinners have taken on a new level of refinement -- even our kids act better for some reason when they are sitting in these gorgeous chairs.

I purchased 2 sets of these chairs as replacement dining room chairs. The backs are a lower profile than my previous chairs, so they really help open up the space. The chairs' cushions are firm but comfortable. The chairs have a mid-century vibe, which actually paired well with my more traditional table. Very pleased!

The 4 chairs were promptly shipped and arrived in well packed and in safe condition. They are on the petite side and fit well in my smaller dining space. The cushioning is very comfortable with firm, supportive padding. The finishing quality of the upholstery is exceptional for the price with nicely placed decorative stitching. The assembly of the legs was easily and quickly done and the finished chairs are stable and sturdy. The tweed textured fabric color is solid (not a mixed tweed) in the cool beige range. There is no actual green in the fabric, but the impression of a slight tint of light sage is present in certain light. The legs are a lighter tone of wood than the initial picture shows. They are a medium walnut color. I'm pleased with this purchase.

When was the last time you sat on a comfortable dining room chair? Admit it. By the time you're finishing dessert, you're shifting around a little, looking forward to moving to the living room. These chairs are chic, retro, and very comfortable. They were easy to assemble, and go perfectly with a Scandinavian dining room table I just purchased. I love them!

I am so glad that I stumbled upon this set of chairs. I got my set last month and ventured back to get another set. The chairs are crafted very well and have a contemporary look. The cushioning on the chair's seat and back are pillow soft. I have found these chairs to be even more comfortable that my own sofa. Really great buy for an amazingly cheap price!

These chairs are very nice. They are not cheap looking. You will need two people to assemble each chair. The color of the legs were to light for my taste so I sanded the legs and spray painted them black. They look much better. The cushion is plush, but it sinks in a little. I would definately recommend to a friend.

The legs are not black or even dark brown. They're a deep honey medium brown (trying to describe it is tough!). Multiple compliments on them...they look SO much more expensive than they are

These Glen Cream Fabric Dining Chairs are the best products I have bought from Overstock. They are simple and sophisticated, reflecting style and elegancy. I have ordered three sets so far, a total of 6 chairs and they look great in the dining. Giving the modern and classic look at once they give a pleasant atmosphere to the whole room. The chairs are easy to clean and elegant, and of course on affordable price and high quality.

I had put these chairs in my cart and deleted probably 10 times in the past year. I'm so glad that I finally took a leap of faith. Here were my concerns and the ultimate result on receiving the Glen Chairs: 1. Does the back have tufting? No, it doesn't. The back is smooth and clean. 2. Can chairs this inexpensive be quality enough for my home? Yes! I was replacing mission style chairs that had a higher back. These low profile, modern, clean chairs look like they cost significantly more than they did. 3. How hard will they be to put together? I found these chairs easy to put together. The back and back two legs are already assembled. You have to put the front legs on the base and then attach the base to the back. Make sure to follow instructions (which are really basic) and only tighten screws 75%, then sit in the chair for 2 minutes, then tighten to make sure everything is aligned. 4. What color are the chairs? OK, I think every previous review could be right. Color is a hard thing to agree on. I don't think they are white with green or cream with green but I have taupe walls so that probably influences what color I think they are. I think they are a light beige tweed. 5. What type of fabric is on the chairs? The indoor/outdoor fabric description of a prior reviewer made me nervous but I have to agree. The fabric is PERFECT for a dining chair. It is soft to the touch and appears stain resistant and doesn't wrinkle like a chenille might. OK, this is the best I can do to help anyone on the fence. If you really aren't sure then order one set as a test. The box is not nearly as large as I expected so the return shouldn't break the bank if you change your mind -- but I doubt that you will. Thanks Overstock! You made my kitchen look elegant and modern without draining my "play money" fund! PS. I am almost positive that this is the exact same chair ***** & ****** offers in a brown fabric for almost $100 more per chair. What a deal!!!

Shades of 1962?these white dining chairs have the contemporary hipness of the sixties with the comfort of the modern century. I don?t know if that was the time period when upholstered dining chairs came into popular use, but I know that these chairs are popular in my home. The color is great, the seats are comfortable, and the style is cool and contemporary. I love them and so does the rest of the family.

I received the chairs very quickly and am very pleased. My one complaint is that the legs are a lighter shade of wood than they appear to be in the picture. Some quick staining should fix that problem. Very comfortable and good quality. I highly recommend these chairs.

I have four of these chairs and they are very comfortable and look great with a darker wood table. The seats are firm but we really like that. The material was different than I expected. I expected a total material feel but they actually feel a little like indoor/outdoor cushions and I do love that. They are much better suited for a family than I thought they would be. They look retro and modern at the same time and look great in my primarily traditional home. They do have a greenish tent but barely. It is more like wheat. Love the chairs, would definitely choose them again. If there was one negative, it would be a few of the legs had minor scratches. I called O and they sent new ones. Great buy.

I love these chairs. Ordered 8, and they are comfortable, sturdy, and really nice to look at. Color was a cream with sage threads. I'm making new short slipcovers with sunbrella fabric to hold up to boys, so the color wasn't important to me. It's nice, but very light, and would not hold up in my house.

Love these chairs. They fit perfectly with my walnut table. The fabric is white with green so the over all look is beige, a very neutral and natural look. There are 10 bolts to screw which make this chair very sturdy. If the bolts do not seem to line up then screw the one that does line up and then you will see that the other ones line up as well. About 20 minutes per chair once you know the routine. I bought 8 chairs. Would recommend Scotch guarding the chairs. They look contemporary and clean.
