My son did the installation and had no problems beyond the fact that the instructions were a bit sketchy. I have waited to do the assessment to be sure it has been functioning well for a couple of months; it has. Would buy it again. I love the looks and the operation. Well worth the money.

I purchased this faucet to get along with a vessel sink I purchased. The faucet installed easily and according to the instructions, however, it would only turn on to a trickle, as the outer housing, on the valve handle, blocked the handle from fully opening the valve. It was nearly impossible to adjust the temp., you either get HOT or COLD no warm.I return the first one and a new one arrived shortly. It was also installed according to instructions. I works slightly better than the first but still have to unscrew the outer housing to turn on the water to an acceptable flow rate, and to adjust the cold and hot water.DO NOT purchase this product. As you will see it has many very poor reviews. I wish I would have listen to them prior to purchasing mine.

When we decided to re-model our home in a contemporary theme this faucet seem ideal. Don't judge a book by it's cover. While we loved the style of our 2 faucets the quality left something to be desired. The internal o-rings ware very fast and allow the faucet to leak and makes it very difficult to control and turn-off the water flow.

I ordered 2 of these - The lever worked in opposite directions (up on - down on) and one leaked badly- there was no way to fix the leak so it was exchanged. The replacement works, but "on" is in the opposite direction. This is not the faucet for a hard water area. It is a chore to keep these looking nice.
