Poor quality metals
The metals for the chairs and table are super thin. Metals required a lot of pressure to line up the screw holes. Screws strip easily.

Nice set, not well packaged for shipping
The boxes arrived with some damage. The glass top was fine. The chairs didn't fare so well. The factory packaging of the table and chairs didn't take into account the potential shipping wear and tear. A couple of the chairs arrived dinged up and Customer Service worked hard to replace the damaged items. Thank you Customer Service for saving the day!!!!!
