I purchased this set to replace some pieces that I used to have. I LOVE the small bowls and lids. Perfect for deserts!

Really? A no brainier. Great products, great brand and excellent quality Pyrex. Can't beat the price either.

Wish there was one more size between the largest and the next size smaller. Also, there were small pieces of glass in the bowls when unpacking- but the bowls weren't damaged. Kind of dangerous, though.

I never thought that I'd get such a huge set of this stuff for so cheap. I was expecting to pay 2 or 3 times as much for it, very shocking how inexpensive but identical it is to the brands that are 2 or 3 times as expensive.

I purchased as a gift but when it arrived, I heard aJingling sound so I opened it and found 2 brojen small bowls. I contacted customer service and received replacement for the bowls within days. Thank You Overstock!

I think this is a great value for all you get. It is a great starter set and would highly recommend buying it for first time homeowners or college students as I did.

The lids for the bowls have an air tight fit. However, the baking dishes have very loose fitting lids. It's good for covering food after it's cooled, but don't expect it to prevent a spill if you are taking your dish on a bumpy ride in the back of a car It's a great deal for a starter set.

I like the fact that this set has 3 useful sizes, but some of the space is taken up by the sloping walls of the dish- so some of the cooking surface is taken up this way. But all in all they are nice dishes, easy to clean, and stack nicely in a drawer.

Love this set, and Overstock had it $20 cheaper than the lowest price I found elsewhere. It's a terrific value on a huge assortment of glassware. Glassware that is not only microwave and dishwasher safe, but oven safe as well, which is why I bought it - to cook, reheat, and serve baby's meals. Would recommend this to anyone looking to start out with some kitchen basics or to those who need a multitude of glass dishes for safer family meal prep.

The perfect set - great size variety - for any kitchen.

The glassware I love, the spatulas are a little flimsy, and the whisk came broken.

It was a good kit to have if you bake and for a good price.

This set is good for the modern kitchen. Has nice handles so it is easy to pick up. Another great feature are the lids to keep the dish prepared covered instead of using a store wrap. Bowls, oven wear and pie plate means I need no other set. And I always trust the Pyrex name.

The spatulas and whisk are very cheap quality. The rest of it is nice.

works fine from freezer to microwave, dishes are heavy (not a problem for me), also these types of dishes are hard to find with glass tops. perfect for me!

These are the exact same sets you can buy in any store, but the convenience of ordering them to be delivered was why I ordered them. Putting an entire house together, and needing to buy each item in stores is time consuming, not to mention back breaking! Loved the delivery straight to my door!

Love it, you get a lot of bang for your buck and you better have a lot of cabinet space. This set replaced the pieces that I had from my old set of 20 years. I really love the variety of pieces and the tops, every thing from small mixing bowls to a large pie baking dish. You can't go wrong with this set.

The dishes were exactly as I had anticipated. The chart was also useful. They could skip the recipes brochure, its nothing exciting.
Bakeware has come a long way over the past few years. Metal and glass have given up their spots as the state-of-the-art of baking in lieu of more temperature-stable silicone bakeware. Silicone bakeware is nonstick, flexible, and cooks very evenly, and it does it all using less oil, butter and shortening.

Traditionally, a young and newly married couple would receive a hope chest, often made of cedar, filled with the items they needed to establish their home together, such as linens, crockery and oil lamps. In fact, the Amish originally called this customary gift a wedding chest. Today, these trunks and chests are often given to young women when they leave home. Mothers fill this storage chest with both practical and sentimental items, including heirlooms and necessities for college or marriage. Beginning the cedar chest tradition in your own home just takes a little bit of time. The following tips will help you fill a hope chest for your own children.
