I love this product. The knives and the Block are vey beautiful and classy looking. The knives cut better than any knives I have ever used or purchased. Very sharp! They cut easily through fruits and vegetables without squishing them and ruining them. The knives are also great at cutting through various meats - frozen or unfrozen. LOVE!

These knives are well made for the most part,although the handles on some are not riveted "exactly aligned" with the steel blades. This in no way affects the performance of the knife,but because I make my living machining high quality parts I noticed it. I can't say at this point how long these knives will stay sharp but I'm very satisfied right now. I'll see how well they hold up for the long haul. I'm optimistic at this point that they will do a great job for years to come.
