  • Great shade, limited sizes

    Just beware that sizes are precut and cannot be made to custom measurements. I didn't see the width or length that I needed on Overstock.com, so I called to speak to Customer Service. The sales associate told me she could get the size I needed (71" wide by 41" long). The shade came within a week--71" wide x 74" long, and there was no way to shorten it. I called about the mistake and it ended up that they sent me a return label so I could ship it back at no charge.

    these are really nice shades- the hardware is all included and they were easy to install- we did outside mounts and they really dress up the window! - I had ordered 6 of these shades in various sizes for 2 different rooms- I measured wrong on one of the windows- the return was easy and I got the new order in a few days!- I am very pleased
