Nice, but order these smaller
We updated our home to list it for sale. The shades look wonderful and no complaints from my husband on installation. I would recommend them but definitely order 1 inch smaller than your window opening. The 35" size scrapes the window opening sides. I think the 34's would've been better. Nice for the price overall.

These blinds are great, I am purchasing more for other rooms of the house. They really give a nice finished, decorator look to the room I put them in. I mounted mine outside of the window, and they are perfect. If you mount them on the outside, you can center them perfectly, if your brackets aren't perfect. I was worried about the chips and symbols in other customers' reviews and I didn't have any issues. You may want to let them air out in the garage or basement a couple days, because they do have a strong oder when you open them. And, they do offer privacy from the outside, even though they are not a solid material

Very nice shade

Excellent Shades!!!
I originally ordered these shades a couple of years ago for my new living room, which has 8 windows. I wasn't sure what to expect. When they finally arrived, I felt the packaging was very cheesy, and thought that might reflect the quality of the blinds. Much to my surprise, these blinds have held up very well over the past couple of years. Been opened and closed numerous times, and still have had no problems. I love the way they look and filter the daylight. I also have heavy, thermal silk curtains on my windows, so the lack of evening privacy wasn't a huge concern of mine. I just purchased another shade for my kitchen window, to help filter out the morning sunlight. The color wasn't exactly as pictured, but still beautiful all the same!!

A decent shade
We got these shades because we wanted bamboo roman shades in this color family. They were a little lighter than how they appear on the website, but that was ok. The issue came with installing them. They say that they are 35" shades, but it's more like 35-1/8" with the metal brackets they have on there. My husband had to smash them into the window frame and we couldn't even use the brackets as they were intended because they didn't fit. Also, you can still see through the shades quite a bit. Overall, we like them and my husband spent enough time installing them that we're not taking them down. :)

Very pleased
We bought these blinds for my husband's home office and are very pleased with them. They are a deep, rich brown like ithe picture on the website. The quality is very good. When we hang them it should be very easy as all of the hardware is there and the instructions are very clear.
