Dishes chip very easily. Bottoms are so abrasive you have to sand smooth so it won't scratch when stacking. Dont waste your money very cheaply made

cheap, chipped and not worth it
Poor, poor, poor quality. I bought 2 sets of these as a present to myself and planned to buy 1 or 2 more after the new year. My other set of dishes were 20 years old and starting to chip. After 4 days, these plates started to chip after being used only by adults. One of the chips is a piece that was blasted out of the bottom of the plate as if there was a flaw in the manufacturing and the other is on the top corner. I am so disappointed with these dishes; even my Christmas guests (including my mother-in-law) noticed the chips.

I purchased enough for a set of 12, It was a Christmas gift to my daughter-in-law, they have 3 young boys and 3 nieces that visit all the time, my main concern when I was purchasing these dishes was where they going to withstand the abuse from all these kids? I gave them to her early to use for Thanksgiving and she says they are very strong and durable and sets a beautiful table, the kids loads them in the dish washer and stacks them away in the cabinet and so far no chips or scratches, she loves the quality as well as the color.( If these dishes can withstand my three grandkids they can withstand anything) Thumbs up!
