The description does say that this faucet has an inch reach, but if you study the photo of the faucet and compare the 12 inch overall height to the reach of the faucet, it appears that the reach is only 4 or 5 inches, depending on whether u start the measurement on the vertical component of the faucet. 4 or 5 inches would also be more expected for a vessel faucet. Can you double check this for me?

What are the dimensions? Is it tall enough to fill the Vigo Vessel Sink -- Product No. 13911814? Can the grid drain be closed for filling? Will it work with the above-mentioned vessel sink?

Measures 12 inches high x 2 3/8 inches in diameter with an 8 inch reach. You will need to put in a stopper to fill the sink. This will work with the Vigo Vessel Sink .
