Had it installed today and looks great! Very solid and actually shorter than I thought (thankfully). Website measures total length of hose, it actually stands to curve at 21"...

Beautiful faucet! Had it installed two days ago. He's not a plumber, said it was easy. It is a very large and tall faucet. Works best in a large open kitchen.

I have had the faucet for over a year. people still commet on it.. I holds up to three teens and keeps on shinning....

This piece is extremely nice looking and has a quality and substantial feel to it. Sadly, the hose began leaking in the middle after about 2 and 1/2 years and we couldn't find a replacement, however, we did not contact Giagni to see if we can get a replacement hose. I just may try to get a hold of one from a local kitchen/bath supplier or the manufacturer but no guarantees. Already ordered a faucet to replace it just in case. The hose is 1/2" female on both ends for what it's worth. I'm giving it 3 stars on the outside chance I can find a replacement one as the thing is so darn good looking in person!!! It's 5 stars except for the hose!

The spiral hose leak after 1.5 years after installation. I will try to contact Giagni to see if they can cover this warranty and I will update my rating. The design is very elegant and modern, the durability is the question. Will wait for the response from their customer support on how to repair.

This faucet has a great spary nozzle and is flexible for lots of cleaning chores. Also love that it's of good quality and has metal around the entire hose.

We really like this faucet. It looks great and allows us to wash large pots easily. The quality is great and it was much cheaper than similar faucets at the home supply stores.

My husband is the owner of our kitchen and rightfully so; he cooks and bakes with the best of them. He wanted a faucet that was functional more than being beautiful. I conceded, because I like to eat :). However, even I like this faucet. In addition to being functional, it is much better looking in person. The installation is better than average. The quality is top notch.

Better than expected...really adds a punch to our new kitchen and is a statement piece. Well constructed and it is tall, so don't think this is a dinky fixture. Don't be turned away by anyone who says that the sprayer is plastic. 90% of the unit is metal. When you're using a fixture that runs HOT water and you have to hold the sprayer, be glad it's plastic and not hot metal. It's made that way to keep you from burning yourself. Only drawback is the fact that nut used to secure it under the sink is so large, you'll need either a large basin wrench or to be creative in a tight spot. It's doable with an adjustable wrench.

This is a very tall faucet, but it's unique and extremely functional. We had trouble finding a faucet that would reach all 3 sinks in our triple sink, but this does the job wonderfully. It swivels easily and pulls out of the holder for maximum distance. We love the commercial look and were able to match the contemporary handle to our prep sink faucet and pot filler. Very happy with this and the price was fab!

At a great price. Installation was a snap and we were using our new faucet within an hour. It took a while to grow on my wife, but now we all love it.

I was shocked at the quality and how heavy the metal was for the price. We had been to the two big box shops to find our "statement faucet" and it didnt work for us. I saw this on overstock and one other gooseneck (but not as "utilitarian" looking) and ultimately decided on this- very glad I did.We have not installed it yet (therefore am leaving off 1 star just in case it is difficult), but have put it up to where the sink will be (living in demo-land) as my husband was concerned that due to the height it would not go past the window sill. It does, but it will be the statement of all statements- its very very tall.Luckily, we have a big open kitchen that is adjoining our den... not sure if I would purchase for a smallish or closed-in kitchen because it is that tall! :)

I purchased this bar fuacet because I was remodeling my basement into a small pub room. This faucet gave me the true look of a bar. It was dramatically less than the big box stores and they could not come close in price to this faucet. It is built extremely well and performs as you would want it to. I get many compliments on its appearance and most people ask where I got it and are truly shocked at the price I paid. It was a tremendous value!

I have always longed to have an industrial kitchen faucet with a long spray hose. However the reality of it's cost has always been prohibitive to actually owning one. When I recently moved into my first home-the kitchen sink and faucet where first on the list of upgrades needed. My niece told me about Overstocks great selection of fixtures and so I checked it out. I found this fixture that not only had the look and feel of an industrial faucet-but an incredible price to boot. First of all-Overstock is an amazingly customer friendly site that makes your purchase effortless and turnaround is incredible! The faucet installed with ease and is as strong and sturdy as it looks on-line. Initially I was dismayed because it was leaking in a couple different places-then I realized I just needed to use the provided allen wrench to tighten the connections up a bit. I also removed the spray hose-added some plumbers tape and re-tightened and now it works beautifully with not so much as a bead of water seeping out anywhere. The two spray settings on the nozzle are great and the thing is overall strong and sturdy! Highly recommended!

Looks and works beautifully. Faucet has reduced flow to meet federal guidelines but still has plenty of water. The only problem with installation might have been due to our sink shape. The faucet has a large threaded nut that needs to be tightened from below and I have a very limited space in which to tighten it.

I LOVE our new faucet... it looks classy and is of great quality. My husband had no problems installing it.

I was thrilled at the style and quality of this faucet, however it is quite large. I am a little nervous to install it as I will not have a blacksplash behind it. If anyone has or knows of a picture of this faucet installed please let me know!
