I got the full size headboard and footboard set. It is more beautiful, elegant and solidly made than I allowed myself to hope for! It was very easy to assemble. All the pieces were there and fit as they should. The delivery was a snap. The trucking company called and arranged a delivery date that suited me. The driver called the day of delivery for detailed directions and was here in 1/2 hour. He and a friend easily carried it back to my appartment. It just couldn't have been a better experience. P.S. Recently I ordered 2 office desks from overstocked.com shipped to 2 different buildings in the western part of the state. Incredible buys and a good experience there too.

I was on pins and needles waiting for my new bed to arrive, concerned about the quality and hoping there would be no damage. I may as well have relaxed. This bed is gorgeous! Much more beautiful than the photo. It's very heavy and extremely well made. Though it would be easier with two people, I assembled it myself in just under an hour. It's solid---doesn't wobble, and it's elegant. Another plus is the high clearance underneath to store items. All in all, a great purchase.

Received this bed and it was easy to assemble. Beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I am going to order another one for another home. Just love the look and style for my teen's room. Not too big and not too small! Just right and looks great!

The bed is beautiful. It's nicer than I thought it would be and an extremely good value. However the footboard required 3/4" screws for assembly, not the 1/2" screws in the box. Delivery was a nightmare. They wanted a 4 hour time block during the week and were then 1 1/2 hours late. The delivery person wanted to leave it at the curb where it would have been stolen. He finally brought it to the door with MY dolly because it was too heavy for him. I would suggest you use a different service.

The Georgian Full Size Bed, without a doubt ,is the best online purchase I have made. It was delivered ten days after purchase in perfect condition. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and with the help of my seven year old grand-son, we put it together in no time. Thank you Overstock.com! Despite all the good ratings for this bed - I was so skeptical about ordering a bed online. I was concerned about the packing of a metal bed and with all the weld points on this bed - I was worried that flexing during shipment could hurt the weld joints. WORRY NOT - if you have any of the concerns I did - then push them aside. Bed is GORGEOUS - arrived quickly - well packed and in perfect condition. I assembled it myself (50+ female) with very little difficulty and I am so pleased. My only issue with assembly is that the bed frame has numerous locking slots depending on the size of the bed. It took several times to figure out exactly which slots for my particular bed. Once that was overcome the whole process went quick and smooth.

Very nice bed - but a few things to be aware of. The shipping is only to the curb. I live in a walk up apartment and had to tip the guy pretty heavily to get him to help me upstairs with it. Assembled pretty easily, but it is a 2-person job...particularly when you finish the frame and are ready to attach the head and foot boards. ALSO...I live in a smallish apartment and want to put it on bed risers. Problem is the extra 4 support legs have a wide round base - over 3" which is the size of most standard bed risers. SO: I have been hunting for some larger risers, but am considering just placing the risers on the 4 head and foot board feet and not on the extra smaller leg posts. All in all tho, it is a lovely bed and quite impressive for the price.

This is a great product. We bought this bed as a graduation gift for our daughter. She is just thrilled. The bed arrived sooner than we expected and it was well packaged. The bed itself was well padded down with all parts and tools needed. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear. It took about 15 mins to assemble the finals and leg extentions. The frame will require a little more time and a second person to hold and help position in place. We would definitly recommend this product and will buy again from this site.

This bed was packed extrememly well and arrived in 2 cartons with no damage. Unpacking and assembly is about 2-3 hours. Directions were clear, all fasteners and tool provided with bed. I was able to put it together myself until it was time to attach the footboard to the frame; I had to have another pair of hands for this. The finish and craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful; it looks just like an antique brass bed. For anyone with back or neck injuries, I would highly recommend you get someone to help you. I was able to lift the frames to carry them upstairs but it was very heavy doing it myself. Save your back and get some help! I would highly recommend this bed to anyone, Love it and should have bought it sooner!
