  some minor things could have been better, but did arrive fast and unit started up first time

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. paint was chipping off, one wheel didn't go on all the way, a wire was broken

  THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS WAY TOO SMALL. I HAVE A GENERATOR THE 4000/3500 ELECT START RV TYPE THE COVER RECEIVED WILL NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO COVER THE GENERATOR PLS ADVISE, I CANNOT USE THE COVER RECEVIED HOW DO I RETURN FOR LARGER COVER

  the bad =I ordered this months ago and two weeks after the order, not hearing anything, emailed Overstock only to find out they did not have any. Guess they were never going to say anything. They refunded my money. Unfortunately, I had passed up buying elsewhere and now could not get one. In the end I was given 10% off after 5/6 emails with cutomer service uppers. Not a bad deal, but could have used it during the time I did not have it, and worst of all I could not understand how an "online" business could not track stock better. It came in about a week, UPS ground. Arrived on a wet day and had to sit outside. That proved not to be a prob though. However, somewhere along the line the box had picked up a crushed/ripped corner and there was different tape holding it closed; not a good sign. I assembled the unit as per instructions - just wheels, handles and removing some bracing. Hooked the battery to a charger for an hour, added oil and attached the line to my BBQ propane tank. It fired...
