Looks great! The storage container for the water doesn't hold a full 10 cups of water, so the pot isn't full when it is done brewing. So far it works great. Neat thing the water doesn't come out until the top is slid shut, unlike the other Bunn Coffee Makers. Good feature! Just wish it held the total amount of water that it should!
Product was missing two screws and the coffee basket pulled the upper part of the machine down. Called Bunn and they sent a replacement. Brewer doesn't seem as sturdy as the 10 year old Bunn I replaced.
I had been told how good Bunn coffee makers were, but wasn't willing to spend the extra money.Thank goodness I did this time! If you want an excellent, hot cup of coffee this is the way to go (not to mention it brews in 3 minutes or less). If you are a coffee lover this is the best purchase you could ever make.
We have had 3 or 4 Bunn coffeemakers over the last 20 years. The one we have now is about 9 years old and still works, the warming pad light is burned out, wonderfully. You get an entire pot of coffee with 2 minutes.This is the only brand I will buy. My wife and I love it.

This is the second Bunn coffee maker my family has owned. The first machine finally gave out after 19 years of service, hard water will shorten the usable life of these so make arrangements to use soft water only, ( if possible ). We have had this new model for just .a few weeks, but have no reason to expect less from it than the previous unit.
