    Very hard to put together. Two bolt holes were blocked so that we had to order replacement pieces (which were provided without question - good customer service). Some of the chair pieces fit together only with some difficulty. Overall, reasonable quality set that looks good, but you need to expend a lot of effort to put it together

    These are lovely comfortable chairs. They fold nicely and keep them stored in my closet when not in use.

    The metal is so thin, that the structure bend in four places before we could erect it. This is not our first gazebo, had no problem with the one we purchased at ******* years ago for $**, just wore out but never bent. Unfortunately I cannot return, because the box it came in was out in the rain and cannot be used. Do yourself a favor do not buy this product.

    Light seems out of balance with the long neck-just stuck out too much. I could not live with it-returned

    I now remember why I stopped ordering anything from "O" if you might have to return it. I purchased an area rug, and mistakenly ordered the wrong size, way to small, when it arrived I immediately knew it was not what I needed, never opened it, went online and printed a return shipping label and shipped it back.I was going to order anoter one in a larger, correct size, but wanted to wait for this adjustment to clear my account first.     i had the same issue with slip covers...i have ordered a fair amount previously over the years, but had never had to return anything. The slip covers i ordered were of very poor quality and highly see thru...i only received a small portion of my money back. i had ordered a sofa and a love seat cover and had only opened one of them...That was last year and i have not and will not order again...it is hard enough to gauge fabrics and colors online...and i could understand them not wanting to ta...
