Over 23 years ago we started our company in the garage of the home where Doug grew up - we had to be careful not to disturb Doug's parents who were still living there!
Thanks to your support, we've been able to move into a real office down the road, a building that actually has separate ladies and men's bathrooms!

dmp60 from Florida, Rating:2.0Very hard to put together. Two bolt holes were blocked so that we had to order replacement pieces (which were provided without question - good customer service). Some of the chair pieces fit together only with some difficulty. Overall, reasonable quality set that looks good, but you need to expend a lot of effort to put it together

This is not our first gazebo, had no problem with the one we purchased at ******* years ago for $**, just wore out but never bent. Unfortunately I cannot return, because the box it came in was out in the rain and cannot be used. Do yourself a favor do not buy this product.

I now remember why I stopped ordering anything from "O" if you might have to return it. i had the same issue with slip covers...i have ordered a fair amount previously over the years, but had never had to return anything. The slip covers i ordered were of very poor quality and highly see thru...i only received a small portion of my money back. i had ordered a sofa and a love seat cover and had only opened one of them...That was last year and i have not and will not order again...it is hard enough to gauge fabrics and colors online...and i could understand them not wanting to ta...

I purchased the Villagio patio dining table and 4 stationary chairs on July 18, 2008. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. I need informaton on how to contact the company as we recently lost the rubber piece from one of the legs. The chair sits somewhat lopsided, as a result, and the bottom is sharp and will scratch the floor. Please let me know how I can contact the company to order this piece. Thank you,
