  The owl is so cute. looks almost real. First one arrived broke, but the replaced it within a week.

  This pot is quite lovely and unique, and everyone comments on its looks. Unfortunately, to use it as a fire pot, it requires liquid gel fuel which is no longer available. The company that marketed the fuel reports that gov't regulations now forbid the liquid gel fuel, so today only gel in sterno-type small cans is available. Sadly, these cans do not fit inside this pot. I asked if I could fill the pot with the fuel in the cans, and they told me to NOT do that. So, while the pot is quite pretty, it cannot function as a fire pot. So, if you are looking for a fire pot, only consider those that can hold the gel fuel cans.

  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Poor because liquid gel fuel, which this piece requires, is no longer available anywhere
