The machine arrived packaged very well. When I unpacked it, it seemed like it had been used before. I though maybe that it had been tested at the factory before shipping and I knew that I bought this as new and not refurbished. It also had some slight barely noticeable cracks in the main display around the buttons. Once you get the hang of how the machine operates and the functions of the menus, it's pretty easy to use. It will take some reading of the manual and adjustment of the grinder and volume dials to get the perfect cup of espresso or cappuccino, but once its "tuned" it works flawlessly. Can make cup after cup for a party and comes with a nice automatic milk frothing attachment. All you have to do is put the feeder tube in a container of milk and turn on the steam and it delivers perfectly frothed milk into your coffee. You can also froth milk manually. Pretty easy to clean, as the front door opens for you to clear the used coffee grinds and other pieces. Only had it for about a week. Hoping it lasts!

We have had our Gaggia Titanium only for a few weeks, but we love it. It was easy to figure out, easy to make any cup of coffee you desire (large, small, stronger, weaker) and the instant steam makes it easy to have cappuccinos and lattes within seconds. We read many reviews, some with complaints about the "water gushing all over the counter" or "mysterious messages on the LED screen" - we found that if you read the instructions and have a little common sense, they are normal functions and can be dealt with. Our coffees now taste like the $3-cups from the coffeeshop. We find we are drinking more coffee because it is so easy and very good. I have not rated durability and workmanship because we have not had the machine long enough to really find out. It is an expensive machine, and I am hoping for a long life. Overstock order handling and delivery was excellent and responsive.
