EXPENSIVE & BROKEN This is a very nice EXPENSIVE looking expresso machine. We were having great latte's and cappuccino's and then the frothier began acting up (pressure coming and going), and then water was coming out of the bottom of the machine and pooling around the appliance. This is only 6 months into our purchase! The first time we called Impotika we were told to decalsify the machine. We did that and still had problems. The 2nd call they instucted us to return for repairs. The problem is that it will cost us close to $50 (if not more) to return and $29 to get back. We are now dropping close to $100 after spending $389.00. Crazy! Importika should be more responsive and stand behind their product.

High end consumer machine Not for the espresso beginner, Needs to be paired with a quality grinder, my old Capresso Infinity was not up to the task. The top is not watertight, yet you have to add water on top. So be a little carefull adding water. My main complaint is Overstock took days to ship it, and then it came by slow boat.
