Grip 6-piece Solar Light Set

Guys, I bought these about a year ago and I've had to go through the MFR three times because every replacement they sent me had issues: poort construction, weak LEDs, and most importantly, failing lights. The solar cells either failed to charge or the photocells wouldn't work or the lights themselves failed. Since a year ago, I've had roughly a 50% attrition on the remaining ones that I still have in my courtyard waiting for the day that I replace them with some other system.

I purchased two sets of these for my back yard and they really look nice. Easy to put together. The lights glow brightly, at least 'til midnight. After that, I'm asleep anyway.

I purchase these solar lights for my front walkway. There were relatively easy to install and look ok. They are not thenicest but I was ok with that due to the great price. I let them charge for 2 days ( I live in AZ, so LOTS of sun) as instructed and then turned them on. They look nice lit. The second evening, 3 of the 6 quit working. So per the instructions I cleaned the tops where the solar panel was, still nothing. I tried resetting batteries, etc. Nothing. To return them (shipping plus restocking fee) makes no sense. Due to the unreliability of these lights, I would not recommend them.

So far so good. I purchased other solar lights that were not made of stainless steel and they rusted within a few weeks. So far these lights are holding up and charged up the first day exposed to sun.
