Not that good for silverado 2003
This harness did not help save a second, was not worth buying for the bulldog deluxe 500 remote starter. The price was good, shipping was fast and cheap, nothing wrong with this seller. Call bulldog before you buy this. Some starters will work better with this harness. I had to cut all the plugs off the harness that went to the starter to make it work, then figured out there wasn't enough room under the steering column plastic for all of the extra wire. This harness saves you from stripping 5 wires out of 10 or 12 wire that have to be hooked up. I ended up taking this harness back out. Also had to trim the plastic plug on this harness to make it fit into the plug on the vehicle. More trouble that it's worth.

GM12 T-Harness
The harness does what it is intended to do (keep you from chopping up your factory ignition harness). It could use a little improving. The coupler on the switch side would not insert. Looked the same as the factory at first, but after looking closer found the recessed grooves cut into the side of the coupler were too shallow. I had to deepen and widen the groove with a knife, then it fit fine. I guess the harness is for multiple vehicles, for mine (03 GMC 2500HD) there is not a lot of room in the column for extra stuff. The t-ed out wires would be better coming out close to the firewall end instead of in the middle of the harness. It would make it easier to tuck the bundle of new wires behind the dash. The harness did work and allowed me make some connections prior laying in the floor of the truck. So time saving - maybe not so much, but I do tend to do cleaner work sitting upright vs hanging halfway out of my truck on my back. I would recommend this for a remote start install.
