Microwave works great
After looking at a number of countertop microwave/convection ovens, I decided on this one for the price and the features it offers. I received it fast but the unit was defective and the door wouldn't shut completely which kept it from turning on. It took a few days to get a GE repairman and he said the unit was defective from the factory and to return it. As soon as I requested a new one from Overstock, they sent it immediately, even before I returned the first one. The second unit works well. My old microwave was 20 years old, so I decided to buy one that was also a convection oven. I only used the convection oven once so far and it cooked as well as my stove oven. The convection oven does get hot, of course, so I bought some long oven mitts for reaching into it to get my food out. Does everything I need for a decent price.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The first one we received was damaged and the GE repairman said to return it. The second one works fine.
