    I'm very happy with this purchase. The assembly was not difficult, but took about 30 minutes and needed to follow steps provided. The only thing lacking was black plugs to cover the holes where the screws are located. I'll go to a local hardware store to pick some up. Once assembled it was sturdy and solid to hold my printer and books.

    they ship this in 100 pieces- like a puzzle. takes hours to assemble. I realize they ship it this way as a convenience to them - THEY dont have to put it together and its a breeeze to ship- all in a compact box. At least make the product available ASSEMBLED for a higher cost as putting this mess together was no swiss picnic.

    I really like the style of this chair but I'm disappointed in the craftsmanship- at the same time its huge and would be a complete hassle to returns so I think I'm just sucking it up- not the end of the world but I don't want to have it defective the moment it comes out of the box. Really thought second one would be better but it was worse :(

    We are very pleased with this coffee table. It arrived without assembly instructions, but received them on-line within two days. It was easy to assemble, but required an extra pair of hands to complete the job. Looks great in our apartment.

    If you are looking for a soft chocolate brown stool (a true mocha as they're named) and with antique brass nails head then these are nice--i thought they were more taupe with silver nails head so I'm disappointed.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color was not even close! It shows them to be more of a taupe although i realize it says the color is mocha--i went more on the photo--also the nails head detail is antique brass NOT silver and again it looks silver in the photo. The metal isn't clarified in the description which again made me rely on the photo. They are nicely made and are comfy but the color is definitely more of a true mocha--a soft chocolate brown--NOT taupe as is shown
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. nice quality--has the pads on the bottom so they don't scratch the floor
    • How accurate was the on site description of the product? not accurate at all--shows a different color and does not say the metal color of the grommets--they look silver but are antique brass
    • Would you recommend this to a friend? No
