Looking for beige colored chairs for wood base dining room table. Searched many local stores not a big selection..a realative told me about oc.com. Chairs appeared to be color looking for.the description should read taupe color. Receive the chairs faster than expected. Easy assembly, only a l wrench which is included. Although color darker than expected the chairs go nicely with my decor. Overall satisfied with purchase.
Product arrived promptly. Everything went together fairly well. Over all, very pleased with the product and the prompt service.
It is a great ottoman that is very sturdy and very functional for storage. I wish it was a little bit more cushioning for my feet but it was't at all misleading. I also wish it was a little higher in height and a little bit more matching in terms of the leathers shine as it's just a little bit it off from the leather color / shine of a chair that I bought separately. Overall it's a solid purchase and the; height, shine, and comfort level are exactly what you see in the picture. After looking over 100's of ottomans this was the best one that I could find for the chair that I bought without an ottoman. I have no complaints about this piece of furniture. Well built and a solid purchase.
Very striking color - not for the faint-hearted. Elegant. Everyone who has tried it describes it as comfortable.
The ladder attaches in the middle with two, already glued in wood dowels. One side was drilled enough for the dowels to fit together however the other side was not. We had to drill the two holes out about 1/2" or more in order for the ladder to connect. Overall, decent enough for quick, inexpensive way to fill up a wall space.

I would like to express my discontent with your cancellation policy. I attempted to cancel an item 8 HOURS after I ordered it, and was informed I could not cancel it, I would have to wait for the item(s) to arrive and go through the return process. I wish I would have read this before ordering from this company. This is the most rediculous policy I have ever heard of. I ordered my product less than 24 hrs ago.
