  • Nice TV stand, hard to put together

Great TV stand. It isn't going to be confused with a $**** TV stand, but it higher quality than what you'd find at Walmart. The only issue I had was that it took 4 hours to assemble. Some of the predrilled holes weren't drilled deep to wide enough, so the screws wouldn't go in. I had to use a power drill to fix the holes. Some things seem like they might be out of order in the instructions. Don't place the door magnets on at the end like it says. The bottom shelf divider will get in the way of a screw driver, making it impossible to screw in straight. Instead, before you assemble anything else, put the door magnets where they are suppose to go. Also the backside cover did not have precut holes for the cords. It was outlined where it was suppose to be cut, but I had to use a power drill and a kitchen knife to crudely saw the hole for the cords. They really should have precut the holes giving you the option to simply punch the holes out. Still I am pleased with how good it looks in my living room.

  • hard to put together, but worth it

For furniture that you have to put together, the finished product looks excellent. Having said that, it took at least three hours for two people to put together (note neither of us are very good at it). All the parts were there, it was shipped in a secure box that wasn't damaged, and the end result is very sturdy. It's my bet that some of those who say it isn't sturdy are 1) not gluing the dowels in and/or 2) not locking the round things that interlock with the screws. Be sure to do both. My major problem with the product is the inexplicable failure to put cord holes in the plywood at the back. There are four slightly demarcated indentations, but there is absolutely no way to cut through them cleanly or just punch them out. We had to take a drill and big knife and saw through them. They look horrible from behind, but with components put in, they can't be seen. It is just an entirely unnecessary hassle--of course a TV stand needs cord control. Nonetheless, I would recommend this for a smaller room, especially at a sale price.

  • two door wood TV stand

Very happy with our TV cabinet, the enclosed parts, as opposed to all open shelves make it very easy to keep things looking neat and tidy. A little confused assembling it but it was well worth the effort.

  • Really enjoying!

This product works very well in the space I had and looks nice. A bit tricky in assembling, but with perseverance and patience it was finally together. Love the fact it hides all the electronics involved with TV sets.

  • Just what I needed

The stand is perfect size for a apartment. I received the product on a week all the screws and pieces were In the box- all I needed was a screwdriver and a hammer . It was easy to assemble once I got the hang of it. It looks great. The glass doors have a great classy look to them. I wouldn't buy anything bigger than 46- I don't think it can hold too much weight but it's sturdy and has a great look to it. And is a great price - I ended up buying my entire living room from overstock

  • Solid tv stand

The wood tv-stand is pretty accurate to what's advertised. It's a bit of work to put the whole thing together, although it looks good, especially for the price. I shopped around a lot for tv stands, this was the best looking one under $*** (by far). I was disappointed that the surface scratched while trying to put it together, so be careful of the surfaces! But overall, it's sturdy, it's functional, and it looks good in my living room.

  • Looks Great

I bought this for my daughter & was a little worried when I read the reviews about how hard it was to put it together. It took 2 of us about 45 minutes to an hour to get it together. It would have been a little difficult for only one person, but not impossible. We did not have any difficulties with the directions. We just took our time & laid out all the pieces first. One thing to remember is to make sure you check to make sure the pieces face the right way, to avoid having to take it apart. The one thing that I didn't like & was difficult was the holes for the cords in the back. They are marked with intentations, but not perferated for easy removal. I did not have a saw, so needed to use a kitchen knife. Needless to say, I am glad you are not able to see my cutting abilities. Plus it can become a little dangerous, so that would be my only concern with this product, other then that it looks great.

  • Positive Review

Instructions are non existant. Pictures of parts aren't instructions. This isn't for beginners. I have built RTA furniture before so I got the idea, but a beginner wouldn't get it. The "knockouts" on the rear panel (for cords & wires) were next to impossible to remove neatly! Other than that, I really like the finished product.

  • Looks good for the price but poor quality fitment.

This piece took about 5 hours to get in a presentable condition. The problem was the bottom panel was bowed. The wood had warped and wasn't connecting to the center support panel. I sat on the center to add weight and connect the two with the locking hardware, but it ripped the hardware right out and the gap remained. Also the doors do not align and both rub the bottom edge, the magnetic door latches do not reach the doors, so I had to use double stick tape to mount the magnetic latch closer to catch the door. After many hours of manipulation I got it to look presentable.
