One of four arrived broken in each pack
One mug in each pack of 4 was broken and I have been unable to get a reply of how to return one of four. Return process does not seem to allow for partial return or returning more than one item at a time. I likely do not understand how to mark it, but after several tries, I came to the review site.

breakable iteams
my experience with overstock, over the years has been very positive. how ever.however i believe i won't ever order breakable products. my last order 4 coffee mugs, 1st order, two were broken, overstock was very nice dealing with problem. however two new replacements were sent, one was broke. i will continue to shop with overstock, but not with breakable iteams. thank you. brad b.

16 Oz. ceramic mugs
The burgundy mugs are the best !!!! They are so sturdy and the perfect size for a "decent" cup of coffee. I would recommend these mugs to anyone. The price was fantastic !!! Thanks again, Maureen
