Fullerton 30-piece Cookware Combination Set

This item was purchased as a replacement set for older pans until we could find something more suitable and of higher quality. My S.O. and I realized when we purchased this set that it was not a $$$ cooking set, so we did not set our expectations terribly high, The pans are thin, which is not a problem for us (if it is a problem for you, turning down the heat on your stove fixes that issue to some degree). The pans are not really shallow, but not deep either. They function well enough, and so far we've had no problem cooking anything, having things stick to the pan even with oil/spray, and have had no trouble cleaning them. Our only two issues with the pan set are that it comes with only 2 lids for 3 pans, and the handles on the lids are very close to the glass portion of the lid. This means you must be careful when picking up the lids off of a hot pan, or you run the risk of touching the hot glass portion. The measuring cups are basic, which works fine. The utensils that come with it are also basic, but seemingly flimsy. Even minimal exposure to heat (such as while stirring something in a pot) is enough to make the stem of the spoons and spatula to become soft and easily bent. It is likely we'll replace those with something more sturdy. Overall, the set works for what our needs are, and is basic and functional. It serves the purpose we have for it at this point, until we decide to get a much better set. This is a good set for younger people, for people who are new to cooking, or someone looking to do as we've done and use these as a stop-gap. At a cost of $$$, we received exactly what we expected. It's simple and basic...nothing more,and nothing less.
