Vacuum (suction)works really well but the plastic hose is so annoyingly inflexible that it would be the deal breaker for me if I had to do it over. The hose also kinks if you aren't careful. Would prefer that the power switch was on the handle, not the canister. Shipping took 10 days.

I was very disappointed when i took the vacuum out of the box. My first thought was on how cheap it looked. I clean houses for a living and this vacuum will not pick up the pet hair. It is to bulky not easy to turn on and off overall i wish i have picked a different vacuum.

This is a great vacuum with only one exception - the hose is stff. A weak person would have diffucluty keeping the nozzle in the right direction. Other than that, the moter is quiet, and the filter works great. I have a noticable less amount of dust in my house since using this vacuum.

This vac definitely works better than my 6 year old kenmore but will probably only last 5-6 years. Alot of the parts are plastic and may break. But it does pick up the hair from my 2 labs.

Ive had my new vacuum for about two weeks now. I love it!! Its light weight, so easy to carry around all over the house. The attachments are easy to change and work well on my hard wood floors. Its very powerful only needs to go over high soiled areas once. I have a black dog that sheds a ton and this keeps right up with him. The only thing is the hose isnt very flexible and can bend on itself, lessening the suction if youre not paying attention. Overall a great product Id recommend to my friends.
