    • Good budget cover

      I was looking for a bright green cover for my futon, but the word "teal" made me hesitate. I shouldn't have worried. I'd class this as more emerald than teal, although it is definitely a bluish green. It's bright and easy to put on (the zipper extends halfway down both short sides as well as all along the top). The fabric is somewhere between light- and medium-weight twill. My only gripe is that it's a poly/cotton blend and thus it's a little stiff and artificial-feeling, but once on the futon it didn't bother me enough to return it, especially since the color was so perfect. This is the only bright green futon cover I've been able to find online. I'm hoping it will soften up with a few washes, and it definitely looks like it won't wrinkle, which is a plus. The zipper is beige and hidden with a small flap.
