Too baggy!
The material is heavy - like tapestry. (That's good.) I have an 8" mattress but the cover fits very loosely. It drags the floor and is always sliding down. It fits more like a sofa slipcover than a futon cover: it does not cover the undersides of the mattress. It hangs down in the back, sits on top on the front, and then just goes down to the floor. I expected a traditional zippered futon cover that had a skirt attached. I like the quality, and it makes my futon look nicer than the zippered "pillowcase"-type covers. It's just a pain having to hike the thing back up every time you get up.

Nice
This cover was a nice improvement to our futon. It is a good quality. The only complaint is even on a 9" mattress it is slightly loose. Still it does look nice.

Looks great - until you sit on it!
Bottom line: good quality, good looks, has the annoying habit of sliding down and dragging the ground.Note that this is a *zipperless* cover. It's easy to put on, but it only covers the front of the mattress and hangs down in the back. I have used it on both a metal frame and a wooden frame futon. In either case, the top seam slides down and I have to hike it back up every time I'm done sitting on it. The skirt is very long - about 5" too long for the metal frame, and 3" for the wood frame. If there was a space between the top and bottom of the futon mattress (which there shouldn't be!) the length could be shortened by pushing extra fabric between the cushions. The product description points out that the skirt could be folded up under the mattress, but I bought this cover because I liked the polished look of the skirt - I don't want the handles on the deck to show.
