This was the first time I ordered from Overstock and let me just say I was pleasantly surprised! The futon arrived very fast (4 days from time of order) and I was very pleased with the futon. I did as what was recommended (from instructions inside with the futon) and let it sit for 48 hrs to get the fluff back (from being compressed for shipping. We're going to use this in our family room in the basement and for occasional guests staying with us. Very pleased!
The futon is nice and thick and seems to be of very good quality. I was pleased also with the speed of delivery. It was a gift for my daughter for her birthday and I waited too long to order and didn't think such a large item would arrive on time but it did and I was happy about that. I would not hesitate to order from Overstock again.

The Overstock shopping is easy and fast. The futon mattress I bought was delivered to me in a week or so and Overstock gave clear information about how it was delivered and where it was. The mattress is used for occasional guests and serves very well in that purpose and would be good even for everyday use, if needed.

It is very comfortable. It's a pleasure to sit on it. My whole family sits on the mattress in my family room, so it gets a lot of use & it is holding up well. I used my slipcover over it to protect it.
