It arrived on time in a small, heavy box. Opening it up was a bit of a chore, but not bad. Wow! It is big! Each day it got a little bigger...kinda funny. I thought it was going to completely fill the room. Very comfortable. My wife and I can both lay on it and watch TV, not feeling cramped. It takes up a bunch of space, so plan accordingly. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't have a removable, washable cover. Accordingly, we are trying to keep the dogs off it..they are very jealous of their humans!
This XXL bean bag is HUGE, and it's not at all as soft as shown on the photos! When one sits in the middle of it, it's NOT sinking down dramatically as it does to the lady on the photo! :( Simply not what I expected. It's more like a huge bed and is taking too much space.
She first saw one at a house we went to look at buying. Now, we not only bought the house, but this was an early Christmas present for her. It is now our go to reading spot, and she loves to play on it. At this point, she is still small enough that it feels like a mountain she can climb, so once she summits, she likes to tumble down the slope.
Had this bean bag about over a month now. I use it as a couch and as a bed. It needs to be fluffed daily for this usage. The texture of the bag was a little rough at first, but has become smooth with use. The only real issue that I have had so far is the stitching on the ends of the bag is becoming stretched out in places, I will update if this causes tears later.
