not what I was hoping for
I bought this strainer hoping to make a quicker job of preparing tomatoes to be made into spaghetti sauce for canning. Unfortunately the height of it is so short that you can not get a large bowl under the strainer. It is very messy to use. I have not tried it for any other foods only tomatoes. If I had known the overall height I would not have bought it.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The strain is heavier than I figured it would be. It feels like it will last a long time.
