Love the space-age look, and lamp performs well. Each of the three heads can move to point specific ways. Only downside is that you cannot turn each on on separately. A great deal.

Great lamp! Looks so much more expensive than the overstock price. thank you overstock. I agree with one of the other reviewers 60 wtt. bulbs are really bright we are going to get 40wtt soft bulbs. But the lamp is better than I though it would be.

This lamp was very easy to assemble, just screwed the post together and it was ready. It requires three 60 watt bulbs, and it is very bright. My living room has no overhead light, so I use this lamp and point one of the shades up towards the ceiling and the whole place is sunny. I really like the floor switch as well; all you have to do is tap it with your foot. No more fumbling for the switch that might be near a hot lightbulb, and it's a wonderful feature when you have your hands full. The shades are made out of glass, the base is metal, and the switch is plastic--all very durable materials. I'd recommend this to anyone.

This is a beautiful lamp. When I saw it I fell in love with it. I read the reviews and I was hesitant about ordering it as there were some not so good reviews. I thought about it and kept going back to it. I decided I liked it enough to order it and I am very glad that I did. It was easy to assemble and all parts worked together. If you are looing for a tree lamp I would advise you to order this one. It is just Beautiful. I order a lot from overstock.com and have been satisfied with all the merchandise I have received. This lamp really spruces up my living room.

On both of these lamps, the threading of one or more of the sections does not fit or work right. These happen at different connecting places. The Packing was awful. It littered the intire house with deteriorating plastic foarm. It is too heavy and difficult to return.

The design is nice, and I was very happy with the sturdy construction of this lamp. My one complaint, that a few other people have had, is that you can't just turn on one or two lights. It's all or nothing. Otherwise, this is a fine lamp and a good deal at the price.

This is a strange looking piece of equipment . No individual switches for the lights, just a *FOOT SWITCH* that controls all three lights at once. Read the specs carefully. This is not a normal pole lamp. I must say that the item is very well built and has a good finish.

Purchased for my guy to add secondary lighting. More than enough light to serve as a primary source. Too bad it's either on or off -- need a switch to control various lighting levels (i.e. 1,2, or 3 bulbs). Great buy.

You get what you pay for. This is sleek looking but up close it's pretty flimsy. But it's inexpensive and if you are trying out retro style and don't want to commit to a real reproduction or an antique - this is an adequate substitute.

Unit arrived with visible, and sticky, glue surrounding each of the three glass lamps, one of which was not attached and was dangling precariously from the unit. Overall, it's like a Monet-- looks good from far away, but upon close inspection it's a mess.

The lamp is a bit shorter than most floor lamps, making it a little difficult to get the light where you want it. The shades are also a bit short, and some bulbs protrude. The lamp looks nice, but the shades were scuffed and marred when I removed the product from the box. Also, a plastic retaining clip that secures the cord to the base was snapped. The return procedure was flawless, but I was not impressed with the quality of the product for the price.

I was disappointed. Lamp is pretty but a couple inches shorter then my other lamps. Also, there isn't an option for 1,2 or 3 lights. Product is nice to look at but not worth it's price compared to other options that are available.

This lamp is nice and sturdy. I'm not afraid that it's going to break like some cheaply made lamps are prone to do. The workmanship isn't perfect. One of the light bulb sockets is at a bit of an angle, but it's not really noticeable, and overall the product is solid. The foot switch is nice.

This is a really nice piece. I would maybe use 40 watts instead of 60's -- my husband complains its too bright, but I really like it. I need as much light as I can get.

This lamp is well made, packed nice and secure, and its design actually looks better in real life than in the photo. The heads are fully adjustable, and the floor switch is great. The only downside that I can find is that the lamp switch is either "on" or "off." Other tree lamps will have 4 settings, off, 1 bulb on, 2 on, and 3 on. This lamp is only on or off, which I actually prefer because I want it to provide as much light as possible, and I don't want to click the switch 3 times to turn it on. If you want only some of the bulbs on with this lamp, you would have to unscrew one, or choose lower wattage bulbs to achieve the desired illumination. Some other lamps have individual switches for each bulb which would be great if you want more versatility, but if you want ease of use and as bright a lamp as possible, the single switch, as in this lamp, is superior. For me personally, its perfect.

Just love it, stylish & elegant addition to living room, or even bedroom.

Very stylish, great quality for the price. Assembled in minutes, no problems with the connections.Love the on/off foot control. I use 3-40 watt energy saver bulbs that only uses 27 watts total and it puts out a lot of light. Easy to adjust light direction. I bought two and love them.

I recently purchased this lamp and expected it to be so-so quality when it got here. It is made well, is super bright for reading on the sofa and goes well with my contemporary decor. What I love most about it is the push-button on/off switch on the cord. I step on it to turn it on/off...Pretty cool and easier than the dial-type switches they normally put on lamps. I did look at other lamps that are similar to this one at two of the bigger hardware stores, but they were not of the same quality, so I'm glad I chose this one. Lastly, you can adjust the individual lights however you want them to point...So the light goes in three directions.

This product should've been easy to assemble and beautiful to use. BUT the threaded connection between pole #1 and #2 came unglued as I screwed them in, and the pole connected un-straight. Upon trying to unthread and reconnect straight, the whole threaded piece came out of the pole. There was no way to safely, strongly connect the 2 poles. The bottom pole also did not screw in completely to the base. Again, this appears to be a threading issue. I am returning the product and asking for a replacement in hopes that it was just this one lamp. Looked beautiful, was packaged well, and the base is very heavy, which was a plus.

this product is not worth the box it was sent in. the lamp never screwed into the base properly, it cant be tightened and, because its so loose, it tilts to one side. i wish i had kept the box and the other information as i would have sent this back!
