Works Great
The air conditioner was very heavy so it definitely takes two people to install. It fit perfectly into my building's 24 inch wall sleeve, didn't even need to use the included insulation strips. The decorative trim looks great. I used it for the first time yesterday during a 95 degree and 85% humidity day in NYC and it cooled my apartment comfortably. I had no issues with the unit such as water dripping indoors, shaking or unusual noise. It has the same noise volume as any air conditioner... it's not so quiet that I can watch television at a normal volume - I definitely had to increase the television volume to a fairly high level - but it wasn't anything too bothersome. Although the air conditioner was very well padded within its box, the side of the unit was slightly dented inwards. I can't say if it was already like that or if it happened during transit but it doesn't affect the operation... only a cosmetic thing. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and I hope it continues to operate as nicely as it did yesterday.
