The product is great. The installation instructions from the manufacture is another story, but it's is excellent and $100.00 cheaper than any other selling site.

good product - lousy packaging fro shipping
everything is fine but after installation I realized that the unit had been "high centered" and when either dropped or stacked and had been bent - the only problem is cosmetic as the case is bent as if set on a pipe in the center and the edges stood on. My first thought when I got the unit is that this was very poor packing - but the unit looked fine - only after installation and seeing the unit at eye level did I see this issue. As I said the unit works fine - and the hassle and expense of return and claims make this a problem I would rather live with - this was shipped quickly, preforms well, and is as described - but the pee poor packaging makes the free shipping too expensive. smiles

FROSTY & Efficient!
I have neeedd this type of air conditioner for years. I finally bit the bullet and purchased this... I LOVE it & so did my 2 dogs. I could keep the room frosty cool during hot days. It was worth every penny and Overstock.com had the LOWEST price anywhere!

Solid bed frame
We've had this unit since July 2012 and it's worked well thus far. It's not quiet but not too loud. When it's on, I need to turn up the volume of the TV a few notches, no big deal. It cools a 10x15 area well, We haven't tried the timer settings so can't comment on that. But as most reviewers have noted, we are just happy to find a unit that fits our narrow window. Vertically it barely fit, but it did fit.

Great product!!
We purchased two of these air conditioners to replace the two in our house that had gotten too old. Once we had one installed, we had it running and it cooled down our house (with the help of a couple of fans) in no time. Our house is approximately 1020 sq. ft. With both units running on low, our house is cooled down in no time. We are very happy with the look and the performance of these units.
