The silicone mini cannele sheet works great!
The silicone cannel sheet works great and the price was half as much as buying it direct from Sur la Tab. No need to spend the extra money.

Now I can bake canelles 30 at a time
I make canelles using the William-Sonoma recipe, and my old pan made only 18 at a time, now I can bake 30 at once which is a big help. They take at least 40-45 minutes in the silicon pans... so this will save me baking time. I may have to work to get the center ones brown but it will be worth it... Canelles make my friends happy.
