Truly hate this pan
Well...this would be a great pan for tart appetizers - but not macarons. the bottoms are flat, like a pie pan. Macarons are smooth and domed. They cookies cooked too dry on top and the inside was cakey and uncooked. Just not a good product for my recipe. Would send back if I didn't open it.

perfect for what I needed them
I used them for a langues du chat recipe using a chocolate cream to top and decorate and they were the perfect size for it. It worked well in the oven and it did what was expected to do
