    In general, am very pleased with the product. Easy to use and clean, but you must place the product on top of something metal (mfg.'s info states this) when baking, so if using several molds at once, check sizes to see if the number you need will fit in your oven. Also, the mfg. says you don't have to grease the molds after initially treating them , but I disagree. Just the lightest touch of olive oil (or whatever) and a sprinkle of flour saves you a lot of waste and annoyance due ingredients sticking to ungreased/\ and/or unfloured sides.
